joined Spring Valley Coffee in April 2018 coming from a pizza world as Head of Cafes (SVC HQ, VM) I moved through the roles to Roastery Lead
We grow few coffee trees from our village and as we took the berries for pulping to nearby Factory and I admired the whole washed process – that was the only way to get the kids away from playing with sorting of the cherries
I was fascinated by the whole experience and hoped one day I will be in coffee environment and make a contribution and Boom! Spring Valley Coffee came in handy.
Am looking forward to being a sustainable coffee farmer – with drought and climate change I would love to experiment natural coffee processes.
Without coffee I would be an assistant chief LOL – No - Am mostly in Kitchen cooking
