At Spring Valley Coffee, we believe in doing the right thing for both our customers and the planet. That's why we're proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all our coffee!
To support our sustainability commitment, we only ship our coffee in packs of multiple bags or capsule sleeves. This minimises packaging waste, reduces the environmental impact of shipping, and ensures that our coffee, freshly roasted to order in Nairobi, arrives at your door while upholding our B Corp responsibilities.
And let’s be honest—we know that when you open your first bag of coffee, you always wish you had ordered more!
International Shipping Charges:
An international shipping charge of $30 / €27.50 / £25 will apply to any of our gifts ordered alone or in quantities that do not qualify for free worldwide delivery.
Order Processing & Dispatch:
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before 3pm (GMT+3) on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Shipping Partner:
We work with DHL to ensure your coffee reaches you fresh. Occasionally (but not that often), due to restrictions beyond our control, we may be unable to ship to certain countries. If this affects your order, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

Gourmet is our top-selling medium roast, known for its vibrant citrus acidity and smooth finish, with hints of vanilla, blackcurrant, and molasses.
Espresso is our original dark roast, offering a bold profile with burnt sugar and vanilla malt, brightened by orange peel acidity.
Elgon is our only naturally processed coffee, delivering intense flavours of pineapple and berries with a sweet honey finish.
Mashariki celebrates the vibrant coffee region of Embu, where 3,400 smallholder farmers cultivate with care. As our only light roast coffee, it delivers a crisp apple acidity and natural brightness.
Zamanee celebrates the 238 women of the Kapkiyai Cooperative in Nandi Hills, showcasing their commitment to empowerment through coffee farming.
The name "Engoma" translates to "place of drums," a tribute to the Bukusu elders who used the Engoma drum to call community meetings. This name honours the deep cultural heritage and traditions of the Bungoma region.
Nuru - meaning “light” in Swahili - is inspired by the first rays of dawn. Like the warmth of morning sun, Nuru captures the clarity, brightness, and quiet balance each new day brings.
